Hwyl Outdoor Sauna is a little space with a very big heart. Nestled in the heart of Saundersfoot, with sweeping views over the Blue Flag beach and the sparkling bay beyond, it’s a sanctuary to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with yourself, your loved ones, and the breathtaking Pembrokeshire coastline.Whether you come alone for a moment of peace, bring friends to share the experience, or gather with family to create new memories, Hwyl is here to hold that space for you.

It’s more than a sauna—it’s a place to feel grounded, uplifted, and restored. After a lifetime of visiting Pembrokeshire, I finally made good on the promise I’d made to myself as a child. I took the plunge, moved here with my two wonderfully funny and beautiful kids, and found my happy place in Saundersfoot. Having discovered outdoor saunas, I fell in love with the deep sense of calm and clarity that followed each visit. It was a feeling I wanted to share.

Before planting roots in Pembrokeshire, I spent over 15 years working aboard super-yachts, travelling the world and learning a thing or two about the art of relaxation—and the magic of a good sea view. At Hwyl, every detail has been carefully considered to help you feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. Come as you are. Leave feeling renewed.
