How it works

  • A calendar will appear, choose the date you want.

  • All the available times slots for that day will appear. * For shared sessions, it will also show how many spaces are still available on each session.

  • Click on the button for the time you want, and select from the options that will be displayed: book this session, add another session or make a regular thing of it.

  • You will now be asked for some basic information and to read and sign the waiver * Everyone entering the sauna must have a waiver signed in their own name.

  • Once completed you will be taken to the payment page. Fill in your details as prompted. If you have a voucher or discount code, please add these before pressing pay and confirm.

  • You will be sent a confirmation email. You can use this email to cancel or amend your booking up to 48 Hours before your sauna session.

On the day

  • Please check that everyone in your booking has completed their waiver. If not you can find it via the website, or complete it when you arrive at the sauna. Please leave addition time to do this.

  • You will be met at the sauna by one of the team, who will check your waivers and give you a safety briefing. We are always on hand if you need us during the sauna session.

  • During your session you are free to come and go from the sauna as you please. Make sure you don’t push yourself in the sauna, it is better to do shorter stints in the sauna if you are not used to the heat. Listen to your own body. Make sure you cool down, before heading back in for another blast of heat.

  • There is no right way or wrong way to sauna. Every sauna culture does it differently. Some people like to swim beforehand, some don’t dip at all. You can stand outside the sauna and let the breeze or the rain do its work or cool down slowly in the changing area. Do what feels right for you.

  • The session includes your changing time, so please take this into account. The team need a few minutes between sauna sessions to clean the sauna for the next guests.

  • Please note: Sometimes we have to cancel sessions due to adverse weather. Please check your email and text if weather is looking very wet, windy or very cold as we may be trying to contact you. Your safety is our main concern.

After your sauna session

  • Make sure you drink plenty of water to help rehydrate yourself and flush out toxins

  • Relax and expect a really good nights sleep
