Whether you are new to saunas or an old hand, we have something for everyone and to suit every budget.
Sessions start from £9 for a 25 minute shared session and go up to private 50 minute session for 7 people at £100. Check out the prices below for more detail.
All sessions include your changing time, so please arrive ready to go.
Children 12 - 16 years can use the sauna only on a private session.
We have set hours each week and these vary throughout the year. Please check online for availability and to book.
If you would like a private session outside our core hours please get in touch to see if we can arrange it.

25 min shared session - £ 9 per person (maximum 6 people)
50 min shared session - £ 15 per person. (maximum 6 people)
25 min private session for up to 6 people -£ 48
25 min private session for up to 7 people - £ 57
50 min private session for up to 6 people -£ 85
50 min private session for up to 7 people -£100
Please note :
Prices are per person for shared sessions. You are not able to split your session with another person.
We have maximum numbers for safety and insurance purposes. If your group exceeds 7 people, please book two back to back sessions to accommodate everyone, and ensure you do not exceed your designated numbers within the sauna structure at any point during your session.
Children must be 12 years of age or older. Children under 16 can only use the sauna on a private session.
Check the waiver for medical exclusions before booking.
Everyone using the sauna must have a waiver completed in their own name. If you are booking for anyone else, please ask them to complete the waiver before they arrive at the sauna to save time.
There is a communal changing area within the sauna unit. The closest toilets are located on the Harbour close to the sailing club.
The session times includes changing time, so please arrive wearing your swim wear and bring loose clothing to get into afterwards.
There is a 24 hour reschedule and cancellation policy.
During very high tides, we sometimes have to move the sauna to avoid it being hit by waves. This may mean that people can walk past the sauna and see in the window.
During extreme weather, high winds freezing conditions etc we may have to close the sauna. Please make sure we have the correct contact detail for you and check for text messages and emails if the weather is not great.
